These Terms & Conditions apply to products purchased via www.zilpakala.com or placed through Social Media, or offline on phone or chat or through our Customer Service Team .

International orders please contact on email – zilpakala@gmail.com.

We are accepting International Orders through emails only as the site cannot efficiently calculate shipping estimates. International clients may email us and we will help them with processing orders offline. However if you want an order delivered in India, you may order via the shop.

 Colors: Since the resolution and color composition of each computer monitor varies. We cannot guarantee the accuracy of the colors of products displayed on the website.

While zilpakala.com strives to provide accurate information relating to products, services including pricing information, typographical and other errors may occur. In the event that a product or service is listed with incorrect price or with incorrect information due to an error, zilpakala.com may, at its discretion, contact you for instructions or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation. zilpakala.com will have the right to modify the price of the product and contact you for further instructions via the e-mail address provided by you at the time of registration, or cancel the order and notify you of such cancellation. If zilpakala.com cancels the order after the payment has been processed, the entire amount will be remitted to your account from which the payment was made.
