- Return Policy-
We take the utmost care and precautions in packing and delivering the product. In case of any damage to the product during transit, we will replace the piece within the stipulated time period.
If you receive a damaged piece, please share the unboxing video with us for prompt redressal.
We do not offer refunds or take back any product that has been shipped and received by the customer in a good condition. - Cancellation Policy –
- Full refund will be offered if the order is cancelled before confirmation.
- No refund if the order has been accepted or shipped out.
- Please talk/chat with the seller in case of any queries on cancellations.
- Customised products cannot be cancelled once the order is placed.
